🚚 Delivery conditions
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers, and Chou Rose cannot be held liable for any failure to meet these deadlines. Delivery within mainland France is free for orders over €60 on the website.

- Small parcel: Letter service plus (48 hours, business days) from €4
- Medium to large parcels: Colissimo starting from €7

🔴 No shipping on Sundays
For digital products, delivery is exclusively electronic via a download link sent after payment confirmation. No physical shipment will be made.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Return conditions
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item to us (request to be made by email to contact@chou-rose.com).
After this period, no refund will be offered.

The item must be unused , in its original condition , and in its original packaging .

Return and exchange costs are your responsibility.
❗ Exceptions :
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, digital products supplied by immediate download do not benefit from any right of withdrawal and cannot be refunded after purchase.
➡️ Personalized products (e.g., engraved names, unique messages, etc.) are neither returnable nor exchangeable , unless they arrive damaged . In this case, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product upon receipt.
📮 If there is an error in the delivery address you entered, you will be charged for the return of the package .
📦 If the package is not collected from the Relay Point within the allotted time , it will be returned to us and you will be charged for a new shipment .
