🧾 General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Pink Cabbage

Definitions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") are offered by the sole proprietorship Marie Mirault , a micro-enterprise whose registered office is located at 34 Place du Général de Gaulle, Bureau 3, 59000 Lille , registered under SIRET number 950 976 241 00014 , hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

Client: any natural person purchasing Products on the Site for non-professional purposes.
Consumer: a natural person who acts for purposes outside the scope of their professional activity.

Product(s): goods offered for sale on the Site.

Article 1 – Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the Site.
All orders imply the Client's full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The applicable version is the one in effect on the Site on the date of the order.

Article 2 – Customer Account

The customer can order with or without creating an account.
He is committed to providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use of the account.

Article 3 – Order

All orders constitute an obligation to pay.
The sale is final after confirmation by email and receipt of payment.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute, non-payment or suspicion of fraud.

Digital products are provided in downloadable format after order confirmation. By validating their purchase, the customer expressly accepts the immediate execution of the contract and waives their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. No refunds will be issued after download.

Article 4 – Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT , excluding delivery charges.
Secure payment by credit card or PayPal.
The order is payable in full upon validation.

Article 5 – Delivery

The Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
The delivery times are indicative.
In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.
In the event of a damaged package, the Customer must contact customer service immediately.

Article 6 – Transfer of Ownership and Risks

Ownership is transferred after full payment.
Risk is transferred upon physical receipt of the Products by the Customer.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, except for Products personalized in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees

The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 9 – Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for misuse of the Products, failure to comply with local legislation in the country of delivery, or a case of force majeure.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is protected.
Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

Article 11 – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
