What is Pink Cabbage and what is its mission?
Chou-rose.com is an e-commerce website offering a selection of decorations for baby showers and, soon, gender reveal parties, sold individually or in gift sets. Chou-rose's mission is to celebrate expectant mothers!
What products can be found?
Baby shower decorations and, soon, gender reveal decorations. We create gift sets in three sizes (Small, Medium, and Deluxe) and various themes. You'll also find individual items! These products can be used for any type of event.
Are the products eco-friendly?
Chou Rose strives to select plastic-free products. For simple balloons, we choose "eco-balloons" made from natural latex and biodegradable. With the exception of paper plates, cups, and napkins, every product is chosen based on its environmental impact. Chou Rose also selects items that can be reused many times, for parties or permanent decorations!
Where do the products come from?
Chou rose selects its products in Europe and strives to choose as many European-made products as possible. As the brand grows, this criterion will become increasingly important.

Orders and payments
How to buy a product?
To place an order, simply add the desired products to your cart, then follow the steps of the order process by providing the necessary information (delivery address, payment method, etc.).
How does the payment process work?
The Site uses Shopify Payments' secure payment system. This system guarantees the Customer complete confidentiality of their banking information. The credit card transaction between the customer and the secure system is therefore fully encrypted and protected. The customer's bank details are not stored electronically by the company.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments by credit or debit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay and other secure payment methods are available on our site.
How can I tell if the order has been received?
Once your order is finalized, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This will allow you to follow the status of your order until it is delivered.
Deliveries and returns
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected. The estimated delivery time is therefore indicated when you select your delivery method: mailbox delivery, locker delivery, or collection point delivery.
Can I return my order?
You must have received your package before requesting a refund . Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the original payment method. We encourage you to contact us before returning an item to discuss the details.
Can I cancel the order?
Only if the order has not already been shipped.
What is the procedure in case of an incorrect or defective product?
We are sorry to hear that you received an item that is not in perfect condition. To resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please send an email to contact@chou-rose.com
